It’s no mistake that Suzy has built up one of the largest and most reputable property management agencies in Townsville over the last 30 years.

Suzy brought her first agency at the age of 19 and since then has built her business to 2 separate offices in Townsville.

Suzy broke away from the traditional agency and founded The Rental Managers. In those 20 years Suzy has continued to grow her business and show her passion for property management.

So strong is Suzy’s reputation, and that of her agency The Rental Managers, that more than 364 investors placed their properties in Suzy’s care in one year.

Suzy has developed a trusted name for protecting and managing the most valuable assets owned by her clients from around Australia.

But Suzy knows all too well that being a considerate property manager means more than just performing occasional property inspections and sending out monthly reports.

It takes a passion for the industry, a love of client interaction and over two decades of experience to deal with tricky situations that places Suzy amongst the very best in the industry.

It also takes a wealth of knowledge to maintain industry-level training for a team of professional staff and that’s why Suzy and The Rental Managers have been officially recognised for their services and performance at both local, state and Australasian levels by the Townsville Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) and the PPM Group.
