I enquired about a property and haven't heard back.
Enquiries go straight to the agency that listed the home, so the reply comes from them rather than from RentBuy. Check your junk folder first, then try the phone number on the listing. If a week goes by with nothing, tell us which listing and we'll follow it up with the agency.

Homes are listed by real estate agencies, so start with an agent in your suburb. Their profile shows what they've sold or leased nearby and lets you ask for a free appraisal. If you're an agent, register your agency and you can add listings the same day.

The agency controls its own listings, so we can't edit them directly, but we can get them fixed. Report the listing with the address and what's wrong and we'll pass it on the same day.
Report a listingDoes RentBuy charge buyers or renters?
No. Searching, saving properties, alerts and enquiries are free. Agencies pay to advertise their listings, and that is how RentBuy is funded.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Send us a message from the email address on the account with the topic set to My account and we'll remove it. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.
